      Well – she was inviting trouble.
      I could just have said Eye of the Tiger on repeat, being the obvious choice, but then H would probably want to bury her ipod in the sand after a couple of miles!

        Luke and Matilda would like you to take ‘Titanium’ by David Guetta – a great song that will pulsate you across the sand-dunes.
        By the way – Titanium, the metal, was discovered in Cornwall, so very appropriate. It is also very strong! Might be a good one for the night run!

        Sinead O’Connor’s new album is wonderful and you could run to any of the songs on the album.
        Also the title music from ‘The Long Good Friday’!
